The 240 is a 10-room intimate accommodation setup in an old "Chinese Compartment" located on street 240 in Phnom Penh.

Street 240 is running along the Southern side of the Royal Palace and is considered by the expatriates to be the main shopping and dining street of the city.

The entire building is covered by both LAN and wi-fi internet, free of use.

Downstairs, air-conditioned restaurant and shop specialized in natural and organic foods.
