Internal Regulations
- in the rooms with mini plunge pools, all the guests should be at least 16 years old
- each guest is required to present his passport, a copy of which will be kept
- sex-tourists not accepted / no joiners will be allowed in the rooms
- the 240 takes no responsibility for valuables left in the rooms, including in the safety-boxes
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 7 days ahead or no-show: pay 100% of all booked nights
- cancellation fees are applicable even if cancellation occurs for reasons beyond your control, such as medical reasons or flight issues.
- cancellation fees can be paid by sending us your credit card details or using Paypal

- a reconfirmation e-mail 7 days before arrival is required
Airport Transfers
We can send our English speaking driver with our car (vintage Jaguar XJ6) to pick-you up.
We charge 20
USD for the airport and 10 USD for the river port.
Please e-mail your flight number and expected landing time if you wish us to
pick you up.
Otherwise, the airport taxis take a flat rate of 9 USD to bring you to the 240 (3 USD by tuk-tuk from the river port).
